    Cancellation Policy
    24 Hours Notice Required

    We remind clients that in order to change or cancel or change an appointment ,

    we require 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations for a Monday must be made no later
    than 5pm on a Friday before.

    No adequate notice, you will simply lose the treatment. No refund will be issued.

    Cancellation of appointments must be made via the phone on 07766 935 384, and we do not accept
    any cancellations via email, or social media.

    Payments

    We accept cash & all cards except business  cards and Amex.

    All results vary depending on numerous factors like weight, weight gain, lifestyle, skin care, water consumption, sun, medication and the ageing process. Speak to your technician regarding maintaining your results.

    Please note that all treatments will have a very small number of “non responders”, therefore we cannot guarantee results.
